Educational Industry: Golden Gate University
Studio North was chosen by Golden Gate University to develop and launch a fully integrated marketing program designed to increase the school's visibility in the field of academics. The program, worth $1.5 million, extended across all of the University's schools - tax, business, law, and technology. The program we created for Golden Gate University was extremely comprehensive and combined the strength of traditional and online marketing. Our strategy was aimed at elevating the University's overall awareness level which, in turn, increased enrollment as well as student retention. Studio North designed and implemented a strategic marketing program using a complete range of services including market research, positioning and messaging, online and offline advertising, and internal and external public relations. As the only outside marketing medium at Golden Gate, Studio North was able to help maintain and promote consistent positioning and messaging across the entire university. Health Care: Re-Branding an Old Image
Strengthening an existing image or changing a negative image is challenging, especially if you are a visible, well-established company. Our mission with Kaiser Permanente's Northern California Division was to change their negative image in the marketplace as a faceless large medical factory. By segmenting their market into purchasers and individual subscribers, we were able to focus our campaign on the specific needs of their audience. We developed the theme "Good Medicine, Good Business" for the purchaser side, and "Good Medicine for Life" for the subscriber side. By creating a new graphics system for their marketing materials and using large friendly pictures of their staff and members, we were able to establish a warm and friendly face for the people who make up Kaiser.
Legal Industry: New Company Rollout
Studio North won the 2002 Legal Marketing Association's Your Honor Award for the branding of the Employment Law Alliance, a new organization comprised of over 2,000 employment and labor law attorneys with offices around the globe. We created a name and logo to identify and define their organization as an international law alliance. In articulating their message, we reinforced their position in the marketplace as the most comprehensive network of employment and labor law attorneys in the world. Quality + Network + Results = Power became the tag line we used to convey their strength throughout their materials. We developed a website, capabilities brochure, advertising, a sales folder and stationary system.
