ROGER K. STEWART, Partner
Roger is a partner in the Fresno office. His practice includes commercial liability, products liability, professional liability, premises liability, transportation and trucking litigation, insurance coverage, interference with business relationships, misappropriation of trade secrets, transactional work and administrative hearing representation of insurance agents and brokers. Roger has civil trial experience for defendants, insurers, and plaintiffs.
Prior to beginning his practice, Roger was an investigator for the California Department of Insurance, enforcing statutes and regulations affecting insurance producers.
