MARK S. TRATTEN, Partner
Mark is a partner in Ericksen Arbuthnot's Sacramento office and is Co-Chair of the firm's Real Estate and Toxic Tort practice groups. He joined the firm in 1987 and became a partner in 1990.
In matters of professional liability errors and omissions, Mark's practice includes the defense of real estate brokers and agents, and title and escrow professionals, as well as mortgage brokers. He represents mental health professionals, as well as insurance agents and brokers. He also defends toxic tort cases, including asbestos injury, mold, and food poisoning claims. In the practice area of personal injury, Mark handles work site accidents, premises liability cases and products liability matters.
He has trial experience and has both published and unpublished cases at the appellate level, including Camerado Insurance Agency v. Superior Court (1993) 12 Cal.App. 4th 838, cited with authority in Witkin California Procedure (4th Ed. 1997) Actions, §340 at p. 434.
Mark is an avid surfer and skier.
