LISA P. GRUEN, Partner
Lisa is a partner in the Los Angeles office, and is the Co-Chair of the Products Liability practice group. Her practice includes products liability, fire law, premises liability, professional liability, real estate agents and brokers, construction defect, toxic/environmental torts, copyright and trademark infringement, employment law, and a range of general civil liability matters.
Lisa has jury trial experience in many venues throughout Southern California and has had a number of verdicts and settlements reported. She has handled multiple cases in U.S. District Court including Americans with Disabilities (ADA) cases, products liability, patent infringement and trademark infringement cases. She has arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases in all areas of civil liability defense.
Lisa is a member of the Products Liability Committee of the Defense Research Institute. She has been asked to submit a proposal for a presentation at the DRI Products Liability Seminar in April of 2009. She is an associate member of the Consumer Electronics Association.
