Liam is a litigation associate in the San Jose office and a member of the Real Estate practice group. His primary focus is real estate litigation, where he provides advice, consultation, and representation regarding real estate disputes, including mold claims, claims of non-disclosure, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, and misrepresentation. His secondary focus is the defense of developers, owners, general contractors and subcontractors engaged in construction defect litigation involving commercial properties, multi-family and single family residential properties.
Liam is also a member of the Professional Liability practice group, and represents real estate agents and brokers, mortgage brokers, real estate appraisers, home inspectors, pest control inspectors, title companies, foreclosure trustees, insurance agents and brokers in litigation and non-litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Liam was a legal assistant at Carlson, Goldrick & Roberts in Santa Barbara, California, an intern for the San Francisco District Attorney's Office, and a law clerk for Clayton & McEvoy, P.C. in downtown San Jose.
Liam was on the rugby team at UC Santa Barbara and still enjoys playing occasionally. His other hobbies include ice hockey, golf, motocross, auto mechanics, and radio control model aviation.
