KAREN G. POPPY, Associate
Karen G. Poppy is an associate in the Oakland office. Her areas of practice include insurance bad faith litigation, coverage, professional liability, products liability, personal injury and Workers' Compensation defense. Karen has a strong track record in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. She also has trial experience with several Workers' Compensation cases, with the majority resulting in defense verdicts.
Karen is a member of the California State Bar and is a member of the Workers' Compensation Section of the California Bar. She received her undergraduate degree from Smith College and her J.D. from U.C. Hastings College of the Law.
