JAMES F. KINACK, Associate
James is the Co-Chair of the firm's Workers' Compensation practice group. His practice includes defense for employers. He is licensed to practice in all courts in both California and Hawaii.
In addition to Workers' Compensation, his litigation experience includes personal injury, products liability, construction defects, asbestosis and silicosis, toxic tort, and oil and gas. His practice also includes business formations and transactions, estate planning, real estate transactions, leasing, and landlord-tenant issues.
