Grace joined the firm as an associate with the San Jose office in 2007 and is a member of the Construction, Professional Liability, Real Estate and Employment practice groups. Her primary practice focuses on the defense of subcontractors in general liability claims arising from the construction of single family homes, condominiums or other multi-family residential and commercial properties. In addition, she also defends the interests of real estate agents, brokers and appraisers. She is experienced in all aspects of complex litigation from inception through trial, including discovery, law and motion practice, depositions and mediations.
Admitted to the California Bar in 2006, she is also admitted to practice in the U. S. District Court in the Northern District of California.
Grace graduated with honors in 2002 from the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in Mass Communications. In 2006, she received her J. D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
Prior to joining the firm, she was a Legislative Extern for the California Senate, where she drafted language for Senate bills, and provided public policy and legal analyses in the areas of Labor and Education.
Grace is an active member of the Asian Pacific Bar Association of the Silicon Valley, the Korean American Bar Association, the Santa Clara County Bar Association, and the Central Coast Claims Association.
